Ella Miami Beach will be a 10-story building . It will have 95 residences on the upper floors and a restaurant and retail space on the ground floor.
The project is developed by Constellation, The Boschetti Group and Vietmar, and designed by the renowned firm Arquitectonica. They have a shared vision of creating a distinctive and intimate residential experience that offers real luxury at attainable price points.
The residences will feature ocean and bay views, high ceilings, ItalKraft kitchens, designer closets and stone countertops.
