Village of Coral Gables

The Village of Coral Gables is a new development project that will offer 48 luxury residences in the heart of Coral Gables, inspired by the city's founder George E. Merrick and his vision of creating themed villages with diverse architectural styles.

 It is in the heart of Coral Gables, within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and attractions.  

The project is developed by The Village at Coral Gables LLC, a joint venture between The Astor Companies and Pinnacle Housing Group. 

The project is designed by award-winning architectural firm Arquitectonica, which has created iconic buildings in Miami such as the American Airlines Arena, Brickell City Centre and Miami City Ballet¹³. 

The project will also feature interior design by Interiors by Steven G, a renowned firm that has worked on projects such as Paramount Miami Worldcenter, Auberge Beach Residences and Spa Fort Lauderdale, and Hyde Resort & Residences Hollywood.

The Village of Coral Gables offers a variety of floor plans ranging from two-bedroom flats to four-bedroom townhomes. The two-bedroom flats have two bathrooms and a powder room, and range from 1,200 to 1,400 square feet. The four-bedroom townhomes have three bathrooms and a powder room, and range from 2,200 to 2,500 square feet. All units have spacious living areas, open kitchens, walk-in closets and private terraces. Some units also have balconies, dens and lofts. 

The residences will feature high ceilings, ItalKraft kitchens, designer closets and stone countertops¹. 

The residences will also come with terraces with outlets, in-unit washer/dryers and loading docks for easy move-ins and move-outs¹. Some residences are fully furnished and available for purchase from Interiors by Steven G¹.
